Who We’re Looking For

You are:

• Working towards licensure in the state of Oregon, or you are licensed in the State of Oregon (LPC, LMFT or CSW).

• Have a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work.

• Able to connect with people from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds

• Excited about contributing to a team that is mission driven is serving marginalized community

• Bilingual counselors are strongly encouraged to apply!

Counselors set their own schedules, and we fill your caseload. Full-time status (24 client hours/week) earns around $70,000/year starting out, with raises over time.
