Grupo de Apoyo: Transición Cultural y Aculturación
El grupo de apoyo de verano ofrece un espacio seguro y de apoyo para adolescentes que están adaptándose a una nueva cultura, idioma y sistema educativo.
A través de actividades creativas y conversaciones grupales, los estudiantes podrán conectar con otros jóvenes y recibir apoyo emocional. El grupo será dirigido por consejeros de salud emocional y se realizará completamente en español.
Together: high school teen grief support group
TOGETHER is a supportive group for teens navigating grief. Grief can feel overwhelming, confusing, and isolating—especially during the high school years. This group offers a safe space to process loss, connect with peers who understand similar experiences, and reduce feelings of isolation. Students will also learn healthy coping skills for grief, explore ways to manage strong emotions like sadness, anger, or guilt, and build resilience, hope, and tools for moving forward in daily life.
Rise Up Camp
Rise Up is a supportive, interactive group for incoming high school students preparing for the transition to high school. Through crafts, creative activities, and group discussions, students will explore identity, friendships, and upcoming changes in a fun, supportive environment while connecting with peers in the same transition.
Finding What Works With ADHD: Life Skills Group
Finding What Works with ADHD is a supportive group designed for high school students and recent grads with ADHD to build practical life skills, increase confidence, and connect with peers.
Moving On Up Camp
Moving On Up combines emotional learning with art-based activities and group discussion to support incoming middle school students preparing for the transition into middle school. Students will explore topics such as personal identity, self-esteem, social-emotional skills, and friendship challenges in a supportive and interactive environment, helping them feel more confident and prepared for this transition.
