¿Buscas un espacio acogedor donde tu estudiante de secundaria pueda hacer amigos, divertirse y aprender herramientas para manejar el estrés y los desafíos de la vida diaria?
Nuestro grupo de apoyo para estudiantes Latinos/as de secundaria y preparatoria ofrece un espacio seguro y acogedor para hacer amigos, disfrutar de juegos y actividades creativas, y tener conversaciones significativas mientras desarrollan confianza, aprenden sobre el estrés y la ansiedad, y descubren herramientas para enfrentar los desafíos cotidianos.
Quién: Estudiantes latinos/as de 6.º a 12.º grado
Horario: Martes, 4:00 - 5:00 PM

Navigating The Journey: Group Therapy for Adult Family Members of Someone with Severe Mental Illness
Starting end of January 2027*! (Registration coming soon!)
A 10-week, in-person group for individuals navigating the challenges of having an adult family member living with severe mental illness. Together, we’ll learn about mental health, explore topics such as grief, boundaries, caregiving, guilt, coping, and relationships, and make space for the complex emotions that come with loving someone who is struggling. Connect with others who understand, share your experiences, and build resilience in a supportive, welcoming environment. You don't have to navigate this journey alone.
*Initial intake will be required prior to start date
Duration: 10 weeks, Tuesdays, 6:30-8:00 PM

Cost: We will be accepting OHP plus, YCCO, private pay, and certain private insurances (please call to inquire).
Participants: Adults 18+
Group Size: 6 - 8 participants
