A safe and supportive weekly group held on Thursdays from 11:15am–12:15pm at the Support Center at McMinnville High School, where students explore real-life challenges like friendships, stress, and life changes — and gain practical tools to navigate them with confidence.

Life Counseling is hosting a free 4-week parent support series for parents and guardians of middle and high school students. The series, offered in both Spanish and English, will be led by Licensed Professional Counselors Sandra Lucas and Rony Lucas. Sessions will cover improving communication with teens, managing stress, supporting teens with anxiety, and understanding teen depression. Free dinner is provided, and parents may attend all sessions or select the topics most relevant to them.

Life Counseling ofrecerá una serie gratuita de apoyo para padres de 4 semanas dirigida a padres y tutores de estudiantes de escuela secundaria y preparatoria. La serie, ofrecida en español e inglés, será facilitada por los Consejeros Profesionales Licenciados Sandra Lucas y Rony Lucas. Las sesiones abordarán temas como mejorar la comunicación con los adolescentes, manejar el estrés, apoyar a jóvenes con ansiedad y comprender la depresión en la adolescencia. Se ofrecerá cena gratuita y los padres pueden asistir a todas las sesiones o elegir los temas que sean más relevantes para ellos.
