Philosophy and Approach
I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your authentic self, be met with empathy, and explore your life experience in a collaborative, empowering way. My approach is primarily Relational Psychodynamic, integrating Attachment Theory and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) when helpful. I recognize that relational experiences, especially from early caregivers and environments, shape how we navigate the world today. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where curiosity and self-compassion guide the process of making sense of your relational experiences, supporting a “coming back” to the wholeness of who you are. I see the therapeutic relationship itself as a meaningful and transformative space, offering opportunities for connection, trust, and insight that can foster lasting change. Together, we slow down, take a breath, and attune to the deeper emotions within your lived experience, honoring what healing uniquely looks like for you.
